Role of the Global Literati Council Advisory Council

The Board of GVTT recognizes the illustrious members of the Advisory Council are also members of several advisory bodies and corporate boards. We are cognizant of time commitments of the eminent members of the advisory council and thus, the meetings will start and finish in time.

GVTT Advisory Council will meet no more than two to three times a year virtually. Each meeting will not exceed 2 hours. The agenda, reports, and other relevant materials forwarded at least one month before the meeting.

The invaluable and boundless wisdom of the eminent members will provide insights and foresights on the performance and the development of future outlook.

A mutually agreed Honorarium will be paid to all distinguished members of the Council from the second year of operation.

Global Literati Council – Potential Consulting Activities

  • In all consulting projects the Executive Board is responsible to prepare and negotiate the proposal and terms and conditions with the client. The finalized version of the project is published on the digital platform for expression of interest from global subscribers.
  • Teams are assigned for execution of the project based on collective experience and skills. A formal document is issued stipulating the fee structure, expenses, reporting mechanisms and other terms and conditions to be agreed upon and signed by all concerned team members.

GVTT- Global Literati Broad Strategic Business Plan

The five-year strategic plan is dedicated to achieve the following Goals:
  1. Maximize Global Membership – To enhance the power of assertion by engaging the wider global community. Changes pervade through unified and dedicated voice expressed by a large number of Literati’s among the global community.
  2. Bi Annual Seminars and Conferences – In different geographic locations with targeted themes to create mindset change of wider community.
  3. Develop Virtual Animated Short Stories for Kids- To influence the mindset of very young dream makers to be included as part of normal school curriculum.
  4. Develop Virtual Animated Short Stories for Adults – These stories will be designed to influence the mindset of adults on topics very relevant to issues related to social impact and confronting value system. This will be marketed through various social media.
  5. Regular Virtual Broadcast of Panel Discussions – Produce meaningful and timely panel discussion on contemporary issues and solutions with a future orientation.
  6. Corporate Sponsorship – To strive for corporate sponsorship from multilateral corporations and public institutions in return for providing timely guidance in blending contemporary plans with impending future.
  7. Research Grant – One large research grant to develop a manual of impending future decade by decade for the 21st century along with a dynamic practical framework for each decade. This will be distributed to large, medium and small corporations, large, medium and small public sector organisations, NGOs and other relevant bodies.
  8. Retainer Base Consulting – To develop and formalise a framework for retainer base consulting for medium and small commercial corporations and public sector organisations.
  9. Training Programs – Design of training programs e.g. ‘Art of creative and innovative thinking’, ‘Creative and critical visualisations’, ‘Synergising the synergies’, ‘The art of determining non-intended positive and negative consequences’ delivered free of cost to Global Literati Council
  10. GVTT will market professional development training programs to stimulate future thinking. Such seminars have multiple advantages i) generate revenue for GVTT, ii) enhance public profile of GVTT and its members, iii) provide impetus to delegates to revisit and refine current plans to reflect the impending future, iv) encourage new and seasoned professionals and literati to join the group.

The plan for execution and commercialisation with input from the Advisory Council will be formalised in consultation with the members of the executive board.
